- **Product Strategy**: User research, competitive analysis, and roadmap planning to figure out what to build before building it.
- **MVP in 8 Weeks**: Go from napkin sketch to paying customers. Scope, design, build, and launch a first version in two months flat.
- **Retained Partnership**: Post-launch support with new features, performance tuning, and design iterations.

- **Starter** ($4,000/mo): One designer, one developer, one PM. 2 active feature requests, Slack & async communication, QA included.
- **Growth** ($7,500/mo): Full design and engineering team. Unlimited requests, regular video standups, structured sprint cycles.
- **Enterprise** (Custom): Dedicated product org on demand. Account manager, custom integrations & APIs, QA team, daily standups.
