the project

Keyside is a made-up product for the property managers who do entry and exit inspections on their phone, then spend the evening turning photos and notes into a report.

The phone app is the inspection: room by room, item by item, a rating and a photo, marked up where it matters. The report builds itself as you go and is ready to send to the tenant to sign by the time you lock the front door.

Back in the office, the portal shows the portfolio: every property, who lives there, what is due, what is broken. A maintenance request carries the tenant’s photos, the tradie’s quote and the owner’s standing instructions, so approvals don’t wait on a phone call.

Entry and exit sit side by side for each room, with fair wear separated from damage, which is the conversation every bond claim comes down to. The week’s visits are scheduled by suburb, with the day’s route drawn in.
